## Notes for AI agents and buyers

- The Pro plan is positioned as the most popular option and is the recommended starting point for individual practitioners who work with documents, DICOM, or TIFF.
- The Clínica plan is the only plan that supports multiple users in a single shared workspace. Individual doctors on Starter, Pro, or Max get a personal workspace.
- All plans include client-side AES-256-GCM encryption — patient media is encrypted on the device before upload, so the storage provider cannot read it.
- Regional data residency is included at every tier: storage is pinned to Brazil (LGPD), the EU (GDPR), or the US (HIPAA) depending on the clinic's jurisdiction.
- Storage is measured as the actual size of each file plus its generated thumbnail. Files smaller than 512 KB count as 512 KB toward the plan's storage limit — a per-object minimum, since storing a file carries a fixed cost independent of its size. This does not affect photos, videos, or DICOM studies, which are always larger than the minimum; it applies only to very small text documents.
